Outreach services
Street outreach teams offer a valuable support service to some of the most deeply excluded people in their communities. Street outreach workers facilitate the crucial first step from the street to independent living.

Day centres
Day centres provide a space where homeless people can access services during the day. They do not directly provide housing but may be able to help people move into accommodation. Most day centres offer opportunities for personal development, advice and support, and the meeting of basic needs for food, hygiene and shelter.

Services around alcohol and drugs, mental health
For some clients, it will be necessary to locate and link them up with local services in their home area to give help around particular support needs.
